The building has 8 parking levels and accommodates approximately 2,500 cars. The top four levels are designated for staff parking, while the remainder of the building houses the Car Rental Center. This includes both the rental counters and the car pickup and return, as well as the vehicle inventory of the rental companies, all within the same building. Additionally, this facility manages arranged transportation services such as taxi vans and hotel shuttles.
Separated Traffic Flows
All different types of users have separate access routes, ensuring that everyone can easily navigate within the building. The primary consideration is the user comfort for visitors during both the pick-up and return of rental cars.

Elevated Square
The building will have a direct pedestrian connection to the airport departure hall, located on level +3. The future elevated square at this level forms the basis for the design. The Car Rental Center will also be situated at this level. The levels below are clad in a concrete facade with perforations, allowing scattered light to enter during the day and creating a starry landscape effect when viewed from outside in the evening. In the future, this plinth will be part of the outer boundary of the master plan.
Contrails
The upper structure has a more airy character with a dynamic facade design. Horizontal aluminum slats enclose the volume, and the twisting of the slats creates a random stripe pattern on the facade, reminiscent of the contrails of airplanes in the sky. The roof of the building can be equipped with solar panels in the future, making the building recognizable and attractive even from an airplane.
